1. 1. Payment

• We receive payment with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the order is made on the website.
• All amounts are in USD
• EuphoriaCBD uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that we cannot read your information.

2. Customer Responsibilty

• As a customer you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility for the following items under Section 2 – Customer Responsibility.
• Before purchasing any products, you acknowledge that you have done your due diligence and research on your State,and local  laws regarding your legal responsibility for compliance related to THCA or any other cannabis-derived products use and distribution.
• You acknowledge that if you live in a State where THCA products are illgal that we cannot and will not ship THCA products to you.

3. Delivery

• EuphoriaCBD delivers on every weekday, with orders made before 3pm.
• First class orders: Delivery time is 1-3 days.
• EuphoriaCBD does not take responsibility for USPS Shipping Delays.
• EuphoriaCBD does not take responsibility for delivery times. We post all items promptly but the USPS determines delivery time.
• We ship to to all 50 States in the United States.

3. Complaints

• There are 14 days of right of claim. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
• The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.
• Revitalizing Sacred Earth will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

4. Refund

• If a refund has been agreed upon we will refund back to your payment source that was used to pay for goods initially.

5. Right of Withdrawal

• CBD Products are not returnable unless they are still in there sealed boxed condition and unopened. Goods must be returned back to us within 14 days to us upon us providing you return instructions.
• Return costs must be paid by yourself.
• Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return within 14 days of returning the shipment.
• The notification shall be given via mail at support@euphoriacbd.net. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send by return.
